Plan Your Custom 3D Scan
Whether you’re missing part of a piece or need to replicate what’s already there, we can help. Our 3D scanning and imaging process takes place in three steps:
Onsite Scan
$250/hour
Base Rate: $250 for the first hour (includes setup, calibration, 1 scan session)
Travel Fee: 80 cents per mile beyond 25 miles (calculated from Sisters of Sawdust office near downtown Athens)
Additional time billed at $75/hour after first hour
Mesh Process and Modeling
Flat-Rate Packages
Basic ($150): Clean up mesh, scale, minor fixes
Intermediate ($250): Fill holes, sharpen detail, edit alignment
Advanced ($400): Reconstruct or CAD over organic features, or develop a mesh from a photograph
File Approval and Print
Prices for printed pieces
will vary
- STL/OBJ file generation is included in processing
- Virtual review of model and client approval before printing
- Price of final piece dictated by amount of filament required for printing
- Delivery included in print fee
Additional Options
Have more than one scan? Bundle multiple pieces and receive a 20% discount.
Have a few historic preservation projects lined up? We offer a monthly subscription service for scanning and printing
Need it faster? Our turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks, but receive your scanned and approved piece in 10 days with a rush order (20% surcharge applies).
